All orders are packaged in our Melbourne, Australia studio and are dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment clearance, unless purchased as a pre-order item. Purchases made on weekends and/or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation notice to your registered email. Please note, all sale item orders are final, and no cancellation of orders will be accepted. Please note: Estimated time of delivery is to be used as a guide only and commences from date of dispatchment. Delays may be experienced due to public holidays, for remote areas, Customs, extreme weather conditions and local postal service issues, please note this is out of our control and we will ensure that your package gets delivered to you in a timely manner. Further, we do not take responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, Miliaa Collective will send your entire order once the pre-order item arrives. If you wish to receive the items in stock first, please place 2 separate orders for in stock and pre-order items.
Cancellation of pre-order items will not be accepted once your order has been placed. The expected delivery date on pre-order items is a guide only and should not be considered a formal guarantee. If there is an unexpected delay in which the delivery date exceeds 10 business days, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and the team will be more than happy to discuss your options.

International Duties and Taxes
International customers (outside Australia) are liable to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority – payment of these fees may be necessary to release your order from Customs upon arrival. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), therefore these fees are not included in the price of goods or shipping purchased on our website. Miliaa Collective will not be held liable for any duties or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by Customs. We are unable to advise the amounts of these fees and if any are applicable at all. We advise that you contact your country’s Customs office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.
