Please note:

  • Estimated time of delivery is to be used as a guide only and starts from the date of dispatchment.
  • Delays may occur due to public holidays, remote areas, Customs, extreme weather conditions, and local postal service issues. These factors are beyond our control, but we will ensure your package is delivered to you in a timely manner.
  • We do not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.


  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship your entire order once the pre-order item arrives.
  • If you prefer to receive the in-stock items first, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.
  • Cancellation of pre-order items will not be accepted once your order has been placed.

  • Payment of these fees may be necessary to release your order from Customs upon arrival.
  • All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and these fees are not included in the price of goods or shipping purchased on our website.
  • Miliaa Collective will not be held liable for any duties or taxes incurred or if your product is seized by Customs.
  • We are unable to provide advice on the amounts of these fees or their applicability. Please contact your country's Customs office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.
