All prices stated on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD), by default, payments will therefore be processed in AUD. Unfortunately, our website provider does not have a currency converter so customers will need to do this externally. Miliaa Collective, will not be responsible for the changes to the exchange rates. For our Australian customers, all of our prices are inclusive of taxes. Please note that international customers, outside of Australia are held responsible for any taxes of customs fees in regard to their purchase.
Colour Accuracy 
At Miliaa Collective we do our very best to ensure the items listed on our website are displayed as accurately as possible. Although due to different lighting, colours may appear to be slightly different. For further photos, refer to our Instagram page: @miliaacollective to see customers wearing/flat lays of the item/s.
Gift Wrapping/Personalised Card
We offer personalised cards if the item you’re purchasing is a gift for someone special. Kindly email us at miliaacollective@gmail.com or head over to our "Contact Us" page, and include the following: order number, their name and personalised note that you wish for us to hand write. All gifts are wrapped in our personalised tissue paper - your special someone will have a treat opening up their gift!
Defective Goods 
Miliaa Collective quality checks all merchandise before packing and dispatching, however if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email info@miliaacollective.com within 72 hours of delivery with the following:
Your order number or proof of purchase details
Your full name
Photographic evidence of the fault and a brief description of the issue
Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis.
Please note that wear and tear during the course of normal use is not considered a fault.
