  • All prices stated on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD). By default, payments will be processed in AUD. Please note that our website provider does not have a currency converter, so customers will need to convert currencies externally. Miliaa Collective will not be responsible for any changes to the exchange rates.
  • For our Australian customers, all prices are inclusive of taxes.
  • International customers, outside of Australia, are responsible for any taxes or customs fees associated with their purchase.

Colour Accuracy:

  • At Miliaa Collective, we strive to display the items on our website as accurately as possible. However, due to different lighting conditions, colors may appear slightly different in person.
  • For additional photos, please refer to our Instagram page: @miliaacollective, where you can find pictures of customers wearing the items or flat lays of the products.

Gift Wrapping/Personalized Card:

  • We offer personalized cards for items purchased as gifts. To request a personalized card, please email us at support@miliaacollective.com or visit our "Contact Us" page.
  • In your email or message, please include the following details: order number, recipient's name, and the personalized note you would like us to handwrite.
  • All gifts are wrapped in our personalized tissue paper, ensuring a delightful experience for the recipient upon opening the gift.

Defective Goods:

  • Miliaa Collective conducts quality checks on all merchandise before packing and dispatching. However, if your item arrives damaged, please email support@miliaacollective.com within 72 hours of delivery.
  • In your email, please provide the following details:
    • Your order number or proof of purchase.
    • Your full name.
    • Photographic evidence of the fault, accompanied by a brief description of the issue.
  • Cases of items received damaged will be handled on an individual basis.
  • Please note that wear and tear resulting from normal use is not considered a fault.
